What is Inflammation?
An Excerpt by Dr. Amy
Reducing inflammation within the body may increase longevity, support fitness goals, and create a well-rounded being. When discussing inflammation support, many think solely about the physical aspect. However, it’s important to recognize that inflammatory mediators may begin from the inside, ultimately influencing how your body feels. Inflammation may create emotional stress and anxiety as well as impacting other health parameters, perhaps even causing weight gain. Many supports for inflammation including most medications only consider one pathway (COX2) while there are multiple inflammatory pathways that each person should pay attention to, such as: TNF Alpha, Lipoxygenase (LOX), as well as COX2. Fortunately, a number of herbs may help restore balance for these inflammatory mediators. By efficiently caring for these pathways, your body may become better equipped to support the daily activities you enjoy.
